Current Foreclosures was founded by real estate investor and multiple-time home buyer Trent Smith and his colleagues with the purpose of providing a nationwide property finding tool which finds the best bargain-deals in the country.

Our goal is to help both home buyers seeking a home for themselves and investors find bargain deals!
